Hi, my name is Diana Solano de Gamboa—though everyone calls me Uchi—and I am the founder of ALIMENTA. With a passion for nutrition and a commitment to helping others, I founded this company in 2012, drawing from over a decade of experience as a Licensed Clinical Nutritionist (Universidad Francisco Marroquin).
My journey in the field of nutrition began in 2009, and since then, I have continually expanded my knowledge and expertise. I hold diplomas in comprehensive management of childhood obesity and in promotion and evaluation of physical activity programs from INCAP. Additionally, I have earned a Master's in Diabetes and Metabolic Syndrome from UFM. These qualifications reflect my dedication to understanding and addressing complex nutritional issues.
Balancing my professional and personal life is a rewarding challenge. As a mother of twins, my days are filled with the joy and hustle of caring for my little ones, managing household responsibilities, and pursuing my career. Whether I'm attending to my children's needs, engaging in daily chores, or connecting with clients through online and in-person consultations, every moment is driven by my passion for health and wellness.
At ALIMENTA, I combine the latest scientific advancements with a compassionate approach, ensuring that each client receives personalized care. My goal is to make a positive impact on people's lives, helping them achieve their health goals through tailored nutritional strategies.
Through ALIMENTA, I strive to create a supportive and innovative environment where clients feel valued and empowered. My professional journey and personal experiences shape my holistic approach to nutrition, allowing me to connect with clients on a deeper level and provide them with the tools they need for a healthier, happier life.
Besides nutrition, I also love playing the piano and violin, watching TV series with my husband, and enjoying everything related to fashion.
